KindlyMD Store reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend this Return Policy at any time. Users should regularly check this Return Policy for amendments and refer to the date last updated above.
DEFECTIVE OR CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS. Returns are accepted for defective or contaminated products only. To return defective or contaminated products, the product must be returned to a KindlyMD retail location with original packaging and original purchase receipt. Contaminated products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date listed on receipt.
EXCHANGES. To keep compliant with FDA, UDAF, and UDOH requirements, we cannot facilitate an exchange of goods. Instead, upon determination of return eligibility, the full amount of the purchased item(s) will be returned in the same method of payment it was received or in the form of a KindlyMD gift card, if the customer so desires. Funds are typically returned to the payer’s account within 3-5 business days, but this will depend on the financial institution.
